Support Groups

Who is it for?

Those who identify as neurodivergent women and feel this is a fitting group are welcome! A specific focus is on ADHD and Autism, but this does not mean you need to have these specific experiences in order to join. Additionally, self-diagnosis/identification is completely welcome!

What do we talk about?

The world is our oyster! Some specific topics of discussion include:

  • Sensory experiences and impacts on your daily life

  • Relationship navigation and impact of social “norms”

  • Burnout and neurodivergent burnout

  • People pleasing and perfectionism

  • Identity, making meaning of our past, and grief

  • Authenticity, unmasking, and finding supportive community

When, where, how long?

The group started on 7/22, meets Tuesdays at 12 pm virtually, and is open to new members currently. We might also have the option to meet in person in Chicago at times if that is something the group is interested in! The cost is $65 per group session with a 24 hour cancellation policy. The support group is self-pay (not submitting claims through insurance).

I’m interested, what do I do next?

Schedule a free 15 minute consult call with me below or here using my Calendly link to chat about if this group might be a good fit. I like to meet with all potential group members (and all potential therapy clients) to make sure it feels like a good match! If you have other specific questions you’d like to check in on before the call, you can also email me here.
